An Affordable Chevy Pickup Truck Outside The Professional Barry's Chevrolet Store

The high price of new vehicles is prompting consideration of used vehicles as an alternative. Among all models, pickup trucks offer a distinct advantage as used vehicles.  Consider that while a used luxury vehicle will still have its leather seats and wood trim, it may not have the technology of today’s luxury cars or possibly even non-luxury cars, and thus may not adequately deliver luxury.  The same might be said of performance cars that are outperformed by newer models, or even economy cars, given the preponderance of new hybrids.  But if a pickup truck’s primary purpose is to haul things in the bed, a 5-year, 10-year, even 15-year-old or older truck can do that just as well as a new one. With that in mind, you will want to look at the used trucks in Barry’s Chevrolet used vehicle inventory.

An Expansive Inventory Sample Of The Multiple Pickup Trucks In The Barry Chevrolet Store

As of this writing, Barry’s Chevrolet has over 100 used, certified used, demos, and CTP (Courtesy Transportation Vehicles) pickup trucks in their used inventory.  With prices ranging from $2000 to just over $84,000, you are quite likely to find one that fits in your budget.

It is probably no surprise that the Silverado 1500 is the most common model in stock. Together with the GMC Sierra 1500, they make up about a third of the used pickup inventory. Things may change by the time you read this, but at present, if you need a basic work truck, there is just that – a 2011 regular cab model with a market price of $13,500. On the other side of the spectrum is a 2025 Silverado 1500 High Country with under 14K miles, complete with leather, 4WD, and the Duramax diesel engine. In fact, if you like a plush cabin, there are presently seven High Country and Denali models.

Also worth noting is that the current Silverado and Sierra 1500 generation dates back to the 2019 model year, so any of these trucks from 2019 or newer, of which there are 28 at this time, will look little different, at least in terms of design, than a new truck in our showroom. Granted, they probably already have a door ding or two, the kind you are heartbroken to find on your new truck a month after you purchased it.

The Features Filter Available On The Barry Chevrolet Store's Website, Making It Convenient To Find The Pickup Truck With The Features You Want

If the need for high-capacity towing has brought you to the truck market, be aware that there is no shortage of heavy-duty truck models, including GM 2500 and 3500 HD models, as well as a few equivalent models from other manufacturers. In fact, at this time, we have over 35 heavy-duty trucks to pull that 5th-wheel trailer, toy box, or trailer of construction equipment.

Again, the numbers above are just a snapshot from mid-May 2026, but they are typical of what you can find in Barry’s used truck inventory at any given time. If you are in the market for a truck, check out the used truck inventory at Barry’s Chevrolet. You can shop online easily by clicking “Used Vehicles” and scrolling down the left set of filters to “Bodystyle” and selecting “Truck.” From there, you can narrow things down further by choosing Gas or Diesel, the cab size, maximum mileage, and more. In any case, consider making Barry’s Chevrolet your home for finding a used truck.
