​​Introducing the 2027 Chevrolet Silverado 1500​ 

The next generation of the most dependable full-size pickup in America is now revealed: meet the new 2027 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, which represents enhancements in performance, capability, durability, design, and technology – all traits that have long been Silverado hallmarks. 

At first glance, the 2027 Silverado 1500 is instantly identifiable as a Silverado, but bolder and more refined than ever before. Taking some inspiration from their larger Silverado HD siblings, the new 2027 1500 models feature bigger, bolder grilles and brawnier hood designs. 2027 Silverado 1500 models will continue to be offered in several trim levels that are tailored to different tastes and purposes, ranging from the job-ready Work Truck, the daily driven Custom, the value-oriented Silverado, and the luxurious High Country. It also adds two Trail Boss models offering great value with off-road capability, along with the terrain conquering ZR2. 

You’ll definitely notice a big step forward when you actually step foot within the 2027 Silverado’s interior. A new dashboard design incorporates a new 60-inch edge-to-edge display experience, including a standard 16.3-inch center touchscreen display and a 12.2-inch driver information center. On ZR2 and High Country models, there is an added 11.5-inch front passenger display along with a head-up display and a rear camera mirror. All of this adds more technology to the 2027 Silverado 1500’s cabin. 

Underhood, you’ll find one of four different engine options, including two next-generation small-block V-8 offerings, which offer both more displacement and power, but additional refinement and efficiency. The new 5.7-liter and 6.6-liter V8s are now the most powerful naturally aspirated engines in the half-ton full-size pickup class. Expect improvements in horsepower and torque to enable higher towing and payload benchmarks in the full-size half-ton pickup truck class.   

The 2027 Silverado 1500 adds more practicality within, thanks to its new Multi-Flex center console. This console is highly configurable, while adding a more premium feel inside. You can also add Super Cruise hands-free driver assist technology, making your drive a more comfortable one over thousands of miles of compatible highways.  

There is a lot more to talk about, including the added capabilities of the ZR2 and other trim levels.
